Questions, problems, or a card that is plainly wrong

Email [email protected] and a person will read it. Include your device and, if something went wrong, roughly what you did just before. That is usually enough to find it.

How looking up a word works

Type a word in Arabic, in English, or spelled out the way it sounds. Fusha checks whether it already knows the word. If it does, you get the card straight away and it costs you nothing from your monthly allowance. If it does not, a new card is generated and saved — for you and for everyone after you.

Diacritics are optional. So is exact spelling of hamza and alif; Fusha treats the variants as the same word.

The free allowance

Free accounts can look up a set number of new words each month. Words already in Fusha never count. The counter resets on the first of the month, and the app tells you where you stand once you get close.

Fusha Plus removes the limit. You can subscribe from the app.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so that is also where you change or cancel them:

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Plus until the period you have already paid for ends. Bought Plus and it is not showing up? Reinstalling and signing in with the same account usually restores it; if not, mail us.

A card is wrong

It happens — cards are generated by AI, and AI is confidently wrong sometimes. Report it from the card itself using the report option. That tells us exactly which card and which language, which is far quicker than describing it in an email.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app, under Settings. That removes your words, decks and progress. It is not reversible, and we do not keep a copy beyond the 30 days described in the privacy notice.

Nothing here answers it
